Need help with Korean game

Hi im trying to register for a Korean game http://warrock.nexon.com/warrock/page/gnx.aspx
I really want to sign up and get the bonuses of the korean version , but i can register , i know all about the citizen id number and i can supply that , if somebody can get me past these pages

the top part that you can fill in is your name and the one underneath it is your citizen id number
