Alright, so I'm pretty dumb when it comes to computer stuff, so I had some questions about CPU. Is it normal for the CPU to be at 100 when internet pages are loading or when games are being played? When the CPU spikes like that, it makes me feel like my computer is from the stone age because it runs unbelievably slow. Is there anything I can do to remedy the situation? Would it be best to just wipe my computer clean and reinstall Windows? Thanks for any help!
