Altador Plot Help?

Ok, well, I just started the Altador Plot on Neopets...I know, I'm behind.

But, I can't find a starmapper anywhere that still works. All the links end up saying they can't find it or forbidden access. I'm at a loss of what to do.

There's a thread stickied in this forum for altador help, the most up to date links will be in there. If none of those work then someone browsing the thread may be willing to help.
