How do I earn plot prizes?
You can earn prizes in a number of different ways!
1 - Chapter rewards are given out for actively following the story along with the rest of Neopia during the three-week time period over which each chapter is released.
2 - Some prizes are earned by playing and advancing through specific minigames or Battledome challenges (or donating your time to the Neopian Hospital)
3 - Hidden trophies or fearless deeds that can be acquired through acts of valour going above and beyond that of ordinary Neopets.
How often will new content be released?
There will typically be new content of some kind appearing weekly! However, since many Neopians live busy lives, you won’t be penalized for not visiting every single day new content is released.
Content will be released in the form of Chapters spread over three-week periods, during which everyone can still catch up on content and collect full rewards! It’s only after each chapter ends that you will lose out on exclusive prizes. So you’ll want to make sure you are all caught up on the last day of every chapter!
Do I have to participate in the Battledome Challenges?
Heavens no! Some of us are pacifists, born without a violent bone in our body, better suited to helping than hurting. This is why all Battledome challenges will also be accompanied by the option to instead have your pets donate their time to the Neopian Hospital’s efforts to treat those injured in the ongoing scuffles. You can learn more about the details of donating your pet’s time to the Neopian Hospital once the battles begin!
Can I catch up on Chapters I may have missed after the three-week period during which they were playable?
Yes! Even if you miss multiple chapters, you can always jump back in and catch up with the rest of Neopia. Whether they may have contained minigames or Battledome challenges, you can still participate in all of the fun that comes along with a plot. You might miss out on some exclusive prizes, but you will still be rewarded for your efforts in other ways.
What if I accidentally skip through dialogue or am confused about where to go next?
No need to fret! If you missed dialogue or forgot an important detail, you can always access the handy-dandy story tab of the plot hubpage to review previous scenes or chapters.
If you are still having trouble figuring out where to go next, check the plot hubpage! Characters and hints there might help point you in the right direction. Dialogue will often appear on the hubpage, but sometimes you might need to travel somewhere specific in Neopia first before it starts!

Following the greying out prelude, the plot officially began on June 17th 2024 when Meridell was greyed out overnight. Some seers have predicted it will end around a year later 2025, but no one really knows for certain!

Does this mean plot activities don’t have a daily cap anymore?
Plot activities, aside from Void Essence collection, no longer have a daily cap. You can participate in whichever plot activities you want, however often you want, to earn plot points until the chapter bar is filled.
How many plot points can I earn?
You can earn up to 3,000 plot points per chapter.
Do plot points from all activities count towards the plot points bar?
Most of them do, but a few of them don’t. Plot points earned from Void Essence collection (including the weekly collection prize and community goals) and Fearless Deeds do not count towards the plot point bar being filled.
What happens after I max out my plot points?
You will not earn any more plot points from the related plot activities until the next chapter starts.

Can you give me a hint of where the void essences will spawn?
We don’t want to give too much away! But…void essences will pop up on land maps that are getting affected by the void. So make sure to follow the story!
How long will the event last?
The Void Essence Collection Activity will run from June 27th to the end of the plot! Day 1 lasts 1.5 days to give extra time to collect the first set of essences.
What is the timer for?
The timer is specifically for the Weekly Bonus reward and resets every week! This is not tied to the community goals.
Can I collect essences from past days?

The Volunteer Centre has a daily cap at 200 plot points. This is to help with gameplay and plot point balancing, although you can continue to still get prizes.
Can I volunteer for past fights I missed or finished?
Once a fight becomes available in the battledome you can continue to volunteer a shift for that fight.
Can I have pets participate in battledome fights and volunteer at the hospital?
One pet can’t fight in the battledome and volunteer a shift at the NeoHospital. But you can have different pets doing one activity. For example, you can have one Neopet fighting in the Battledome and another at the Neohospital.
There isn’t a cooldown period after a battledome fight, so if you’d like your Neopet to volunteer after fighting you can do that as well.
Does the NeoHospital give out different prizes than the battledome fights?
It sure does! You’ll be able to get different types of prizes for volunteering along with plot points.
My Neopet is in the Neolodge can I still have them volunteer?
Yes! Even if your Neopet is in the Neolodge you can have them volunteer.

Basic instructions:
Pick a difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Hard).
You then need to collect 4 snack items and 4 gear items from the mess of items on the page.
Clicking on a wrong item will dock time on the medium (3 seconds) and hard (5 seconds).
If you see a Pumpkin Club and click on it BEFORE your last item, you will gain one as a bonus prize in addition to the prize you take with you.
There are some prizes exclusive to the hard difficulty.
Getting under 19 seconds in the hard difficulty will net you a bronze trophy; under 14 seconds a silver, and under 10 a gold. This trophy shows up in the games section of your user lookup.

Pretty simple: Get Tavi the item she needs, similar to other quests around Neopia. Not so simple part: some of the items she asks for have been inflated by other players.
Good news: you can reject her quests twice a day OR wait 4 hours to try again.
Initially, she was giving 5 plot points per success, but as of Act III, plot points are not being awarded.
Completion of 5, then 10, and then 15 quests unlocks Fearless Deeds (the Tea-riffic Job! series).

Help guide Luxinia and Baelia through the caves. This is similar to the Faerie Caverns daily, EXCEPT that if you fail, you can start again, there is a bonus room (that will unlock a Fearless Deed), and if you pay close attention, there is someone helping guide you through them.

What is the Lost in the Dark game about? What does it have to do with the Void Within plot?
Luxinia, Baelia, and their new Doglefox companion have gotten lost in a cave system while attempting to find their way to Altador from the Haunted Woods. They are now trying to reunite with the rest of their group before moving forward with their plan. Help them decide which paths to take, but be careful – you never know what could be hiding in the dark!
How exactly am I supposed to play this game?
Choose a direction. If you choose correctly you can pick again. If you choose incorrectly the game ends.

During Plot: The gang has encountered Luperus! Terrified for their lives, they decide to flee… except one brave soul. The little Doglefox that’s joined them knows Luperus just wants to play, so he starts a game of fetch to befriend this maybe-not-so-ferocious beast!
After plot: Styx the Doglefox wants to play fetch with his old friend Luperus! Join in on the fun and help these two canine compadres have a good time!
How do I play?
At the start of each round, Luperus will move into position. A target with 3 rings will appear under him that the player must aim for. A moving arrow will appear by the Doglefox: click or tap the screen with the right timing to set the angle of your throw. A power meter will then appear, and you must click or tap again to stop the meter at the desired power level. The Doglefox will throw his stick, and Luperus will try to catch it! Aim well to score as many points as you can and make friends with Luperus.
Is there a maximum number of points I can earn?
Yes. Since there are 5 rounds and the max points that can be earned per round is 10 points for a perfect throw, the maximum number of points you can earn each game is 50.

Green Ring: 10 points
If you don’t land in a ring at all, you won’t gain any points. Aim carefully!
