Well, as the title of this post already says, Hello everybody!
I am kakaya, and I am really addicted to neopets. I only got a problem, but i will inform you about that in another topic.
I am 17 years old and i live in holland (so, if i make some grammar or spelling mistakes, don't blame me, but blame my english teacher
)

well, to start with: my account is frozen. I cannot think of anything i did wrong, so I read the guide on the site to get your account back.
It says: "If the answer to all of them is no, then the first step you should do is email the frozen department at Neopets (latest email available through their contact page or the auto email form) and ask them why you were frozen."
I cannot use the auto email form, because i am not logged in, and i cannot log in, because i am frozen... so, does anyone know which email-adress I have to use, or which link I need to use one of these forms?
I really want to get my account back! (I cheated once before, and 8 accounts were frozen fairly. I started again, and I really did not cheat, but they have frozen me again.)

S/he didn't make you post here! Oh, to think that one day my future students are going to blame me for their English!
Welcome to the forums, Kakaya. As you may have guessed, I want to be a teacher in the future (and I'm going to have to teach English sometimes).
Don't worry about people blaming you though. As long as your posts are readable (and they are fine), most people won't mind.
