The team thing is part of the winter event, which is kinda on hold with all the madness going on. (plot, etc)

If you're not up to making yourself a siggy/avatar, check out the signature/avatar board. There are all sorts of request boards there where you can post links to pictures and put notes as to what you're looking for, then given some time, another awesome PPTer will come along and take your info and make you an awesome set. {points to the one I'm using that Gals made for me}.
