Trash Can?

Well, I go to another forum, non Neopets related. I noticed that they have a Trash Can - A forum with all locked topics in it, you can't post in it, its just for that purpose only. I think if we cold do that, it'd greatly help the cluttering! 
So, I'm kinda curious of ideas and comments on this...

I believe there is one, though it's only visable to the Moderators.

Nope.
All offensive locked topics are removed by the moderators -- it wouldn't make sense keeping them in the public view anyway.
All non-offensive locked topics (such as older splits) are kept on their original boards for the sake of organization -- moving everything to one "trash" board breaks the category structure, making things much harder to find.
