Where should I submit articles for the PPT site too? The Breaking News Board? (yes, it's sad that someone for 4 stars doesn't know, but then again I was never super-macho-popularity around here so...)

If you're talking about guides for the site, I believe you email them to Yukio at mailto:khuynh777@yahoo.com.

If you are talking about posting news on the main page, then you would make a post in Breaking News.
