When you see applications open for mod positions at the bottom of the forum index, then details on how to apply will be mentioned.

Kyra Foxx, you know perfectly well that I do not have a job on PPT.

To become a moderator, an admin has to choose you. You can have better chances of being a moderator by following rules, such as not spamming, double posting, etc. You also have better chances by being at PPT for a long and helping out new members.
And you can always apply for moderator posistions when mod applications are open- you will know when the board at the bottom of the forum's page says that they're open.

Dawn? I thought that your user name was dawn and dawness... I am confussed... sign onto AIM. I thought you hade a job because that one time where you have to report 1000 people on neopets for being a New Member and doing in a propreate things... I am REALLY confused...

I'd follow what Yoshi said, keep you eye on this board http://www.pinkpt.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=25 and when there is a need for moderators it will state it on there. There is usually a post by an admin with details on what we are looking for and how to apply for it. That board can also be found at the bottom of the forum, it should be the last board.
