Go To Your Profile Button (up top by that chicken)
Scroll to the bottom of that page till you get to the Avatar control panel, there you can select an avatar from the gallery or link to an offsite image. IF you are going to use an image from a site that is not yours, save that image to your computer and upload the image to imageshack or photobucket.
