I stumbled across this, it doesn't seem to be anything special really but how it has the PHPBB logo at the top and no log in buttons and such. The posts all are recent, but what is it?

It's simply an archive of these forums. Or, as it says at the bottom, it's also a Search Engine Indexer. :)
