PPT Begginings

I was wondering how PPT first originated, ive been playing neopets a few years, had a good year off though, been a member of PPT for a few years too but cant remember my old account name thanks to my lovley year off, PPT was big back then though and still is now, but im talking like first few months PPT originated, was it a petpage first or what made the idea of PPT come about? any first site layout screenshots? Was just curious, im sure other members would love to know too
