Where to request art? (not sig)

Hi there. I am not sure where would be the appropriate place to post a thread requesting for someone (anyone/multiple people) to draw a particular thing.

If it came down to it, I could set it up as a contest in CI but I don't really have much to give in the way of reward, so I likely couldn't attract the caliber of artists that I was hoping for.

But, I also wanted the chance for multiple people to respond, so sending individual PMs doesn't seem like the answer, either.
