In your profile, check "yes" for "always allow bbcode"

The code in you signature won't work due to the uploader wording their files in an odd manner.
You want to use something like http://www.imageshack.us or http://www.photobucket.com

However, if you intend to use that as your signature, you will need to reduce the size of the image. That image is 532 pixels by 115 pixels. The maximum it can be is 400 pixels wide and 100 pixels high.
