i need help with the cbox!!!

i went to the cbox like i always do and i tried to post a simple hello and it cam up with the message 'sorry you cannot post you have been banned'
This is the thing, i dont know what ive been banned for!!! i believe i stay in the rules of the cbox so i dont know whats wrong...... can some1 help???

You were banned You cannot post for a set amount of time, it could be a few minutes, a day, a week, or five years. Good luck next time.

yes i have found out it is a perma ban but im still not quite too sure what i did wrong...but i have some sort of idea
