Yup, did both, and can't retrieve my hotmail password. :\

with your hotmail password there should have been a secret question such as the That is unless you forgot the answer to your secret question thingy.

I say just try and be patient for one of the admins you have contacted to come back to you about it and then they can help you more than I could. It may seem like it's going to take forever, but it's worth it alot of the time. Try and see if you can contact a moderator, they can probably help you even more if you cant get contact with an admin, and I'm pretty sure they won't mind helping at all.
