No activation email....

Hi, i tried to make an account in the name shygirl79uk but never got the activation email....so cant log in. (Probably eaten by overzealous spam filter!) Any chance that you can resend the email or let me create it again or something??? That would be great cos thats the username i use on neo! Thanks!

Did you check your junk mail? I believe some people recieved their emails in that folder.

I already emptied it before I checked....I dont usually bother looking in there. Dumb I know but I didnt expect the email to be considered Spam, but Yahoo have gotten pretty picky nowadays!

According to one of the admins, account activations emails can't be resent.

So I think the best thing you can do is message an admin (probably not Jim, as he's busy with moderator applications) and ask if they can change the name of your account to your original username. That way, you still get the username you wanted.

Are you 100% sure you typed in the correct e-mail when registering? You may have typed it in wrong and therefore not recieved the e-mail.

Im absolutely sure i typed it in right, its real easy to remember cos its my name!
I dont wanna bug the mods over this, so i wont pm them. Its not the end of the world if i cant have that username...
