Can we put an image over 500 px in spoiler tags? Or should we link to it?

To expand on Hunters answer: It seems to still load in the background, and only shows it when you view the spoiler, so the rule still applies because of people with slow connections and limited internet downloads.

Known bug with the current release of the forums. We can't really do much about it easily, and its easier to wait for the next update of the release to come out which will hopefully fix it (without the 2 weeks downtime )

Is the mark all forums read button gone forever? Or is it tucked away in the User CP somewhere? I miss that little guy .

It's in the upper right corner of the board index---just below where it says "all times are UTC" yadda yadda yadda.

Now why would you want to use that button for? You must read all posts.

I like how it doesnt removed the unread posts when you close the window - i think it's fantastic. it means that if you dont have time to read everything but want to pop on you can without loosing which posts are new.

Why do posted links not open in a new window anymore, and is there any way we can get that feature back?

In polls that I answered before the 3.0 update, the small x "you voted for this option" is always on the topmost option, and not on my actual choice as it should be. The polls after the update are all correct.

By design; previous version did not save which poll option you voted for, just that you had voted on the poll.

that might be something in the browser rather than the forum. for instance...

that's atleast how it works in konqueror. your browser may differ.

edit - and i'm wrong. it just happened to me when i clicked my link and made sure it came through.

You can hold Ctrl while you click, but I too find this extremely annoying.

Also dunno if it's just me, but when I click a link with my middle mouse button, it opens up in a new tab
