1. Why is there a "(0)" after the 2.0.11?

2. Can I have my username changed? Please!!!!!! :(

I swear sincerely that I will NEVER ask again. I really, really want my username changed to Hyperion. I want to start anew. I will not brake the rules ever again. I just want this small favor. I don't even care if I never get my PM priviledge back. This is all I'll ever ask again.

3. Perhaps we can have a freezing chicken, with snow and stuff? You know... since it's winter.

4. Where did you get all the emoticons from?

I run The Infinity Program, a den of villains and swashbucklers.

1. Dunno

2. Not in my authoriteh

3. Ice Arrow would rock. Or perhaps, snow Arrow.

4. I'm pretty sure that most of 'em are YIM (Yahoo Instant Messenger) emoticons, where they got 'em I dunno.

PM an admin, see what they can do.

Clever, but it has to be drawn.

The Yahoo IM, I think. Don't quote me on it, though.

http://area51.phpbb.com/phpBB22/viewtop ... =1&t=14970
Quote:
phpBB follows the Linux kernel number system, which is formatted 'x.y.z'. 'x' is the main version number. This will only change if the product is pretty much completley re-written from the ground up, as phpBB 1.x was upon the production of phpBB2.
'y' is the sub-version number. This changes as major functionality within the version framework is changed, as is happening in the transition from 2.0.x to 2.2.x. The reason the next release version is 2.2.0, and not 2.1.0, is that when 'y' is odd, it is a developmental release. When 'y' is even, it is a stable public release. Thus, phpBB 2.3.0 would also be a developmental version, and the next feature release after 2.2.0 would be 2.4.0.
'z' is the revision number. This changes when bug fixes, security updates, etc are released. Hence the change from phpBB 2.0.7 to 2.0.8 upon the release of security fix. In some cases, you may find a letter after 'z' (aka, 2.0.8a). This is done when there is only a very minor fix added, and the product has not been released as a new version, simply re-packaged with this fix. This normally happens when a small vunerability is noticed straight after a new release.

We'll see....

They are YIM icons.... although I haven't the slightest where S_L found them.

Thanks.

Sorry, DiscordantNote, but that's the thing: I can't PM an admin. I got my priviledge to PM revoked for abusing it.

Runevalkerie, assuming you changed my username: thank you so very much.

[Edit] Oh -- and frozen chicken would own! The winter chicken, he would be! I'm sure one can be conjured for such an occasion as this: the winter holiday season.

Oh, you'll see alright... ;P

There's a little problem with it though- there are members living in the Southern Hemisphere of course, where it's currently summer. Regardless of that...

But it's the general gist of the season .... snow is a relaxing and serene sight which it should be for the time of year :P

Yeah, if compared to an ordinary, living chicken.

Yeah, even more so if it's a battery chicken.
