what parts of HTML work on the forum? I mean,
<s>strikethroughs</s>
bold
italics etc. work, but
<marquee>marquees</marquee> don't!

Everything you can post as BBCode, you can post as HTML, don't know if there are a lot more working HTML tags..

Marquee BBCode tags aren't installed here, so the HTML doesn't work.

If you want to use a marquee, there's an effect in Animation Shop (ImageReady should do the same) that'll mimic a marquee in any font you want it to be in.

But please remember, marquees aren't exactly the best thing to have on posts, especially graphical ones. So uh, marquee away with sparsity!

(You know what's sad? I haven't used a marquee since I was around 10 years old. I forgot they even existed in HTML tags. >.<)
