Can anyone shed any light on the mystery that surrounds the colour change I keep seeing in the General Chat boards?



The top image was taken yesterday, and the bottom image was taken just now, but the strange thing is, now I am back from taking the screenie, the colour has returned to the more faded one.

I know from this screenie that the colour change doesn't look a lot or it could be my graphic program, but believe me, every couple of days, the Forum colours fade or get brighter.

I know it is not my monitor or colour settings.

I thought I was imagining things, but now I have proof.


Has anyone else noticed this change?

I have my colours normally on red, and when I get signed out, {dont know how, I never log off, and I have it set to log me in on each visit} but it'll go back to the blue if i get logged out.

I had noticed, but had put it down to the angle of my screen. It didn't happen t me until I started coming on my laptop.

The top bar has a background image that occasionally doesn't load. When it doesn't, you get a solid blue bar instead of the brighter one with the gradient image.

That's what it looks like to me, anyway.

Is my first post not clear? I am not typing in english?

I have only run across this mystery in ppt and wondered why it was happening.

I only took the screenie to show everyone what I meant. Is that a crime now?

And even if I wanted the screenies for something else - what of it? I am a little confused with that statement.


I also put it in General Chat because it is the ony Forum I use ona regualar basis, so I don't know if it is a site wide occurence. I suppose mods know better.
