I it allowed to post cheats on the Gaming Strategies and Help board? i can imagine that neopets doen't want it....

It depends on what you mean by cheats. If it's something programmed into the game, like codes you type in to get an extra life or something, then it's fine. If it's cheating by some other means, then probably not. The general guidelines are that if it would get your account frozen if Neopets found out about it, then it isn't welcome here. (= I hope that helps clear things up, and I'll go revise the rules for that board so that it's a little clearer.
