How long has Freeweb links not been allowed on PPT?

I remember it being blocked since I joined PPT, I believe (April 5 2003).

I mean that PPT does not allow the link.
EXAMPLE: http://www.Link Not Allowed/darkjettzal/hobbies1.html
It says Freewebs dot com when I write it.
