My Little Eye I thought it was just gonna be a run-of-the-mill horror movie. My mom and I were up at our aunt's house for a week and it was late and there wasn't much to do so we ordered a few movies off of the cable. We chose this, not really knowing what it was.

I loved it. ;D It actually surprised me in a couple of places! Plus, I love gory, spooky stuff like that.

Last weekend I went and saw the Bourne Supremacy with my father (sucker for anything with spies and the like), I thought over all it was far better than I had expecte it to be, however the name just rhymes, its not really that supreme, just suprisingly better than sequals usually are.

Ok, I'll hop on the bandwagon  I have to agree on Pirates of the Caribbean. I literally cringed while sliding the DVD into the machine. I now have the widescreen edition. Johnny Depps portrayal of Jack Sparrow will go down in history. Carried the Movie.

My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Really really didnt want to watch this movie, but was forced into it by a lady friend :battar: Couldnt be more pleasantly suprised. High brow it wasnt, but entertaining it most certainly was.

Spiderman 2. I didnt rate the first movie that highly ( if it wasnt for Willem Dafoe's skill and the CGI I would write it off entirely ), and expected this to plumb even lower. How wrong was I? VAST improvement! Pulled a bit of a 'Jurrasic Park : The Lost World' by backtracking for script ( The whole Uncle Ben's death part. ), but nicely done.

My friends have been nagging me to go see this, but the first one was so boring, I'm not sure... o_O

I have to agree with PotC.

Definetly 50 First Dates, I didn't expect it to be good at all, but it was way better than it deserved to be with that storyline. =P

And for those of you who said The Village...I'm sorry, but I was cracking up most of the movie. ...Though that may have been because I had Stu over on the other couch making comments ("The porcupines are coming!")

Airplane! I typically thought because it's old it wasn't going to be funny. How mistaken I was

You do have to be in a certain mood to watch it though. If you want an intellectually challenging film, this isn't it :P

I loved that movie! Awesome. Got two more,

My Big Fat Greek Wedding: My dad watched it on satellite (PPV) and forced me to watch it with him. It was very funny. I loved it.

It's A Mad Mad World: The original 'Rat Race'. Even though Rat Race was done wonderfully, this was the original version. It was very funny.

Magnolia. It was on TV the other night, and I'd only heard bad things about it. I admit it was a bit weird, but I really enjoyed it. I don't think I'd recommend it, because it really won't be to many peoples tastes, but I thought it was amazing :)

I saw "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story" last night with my friends and I didn't expect it to be that funny but it is now the funniest movie I have seen all year, and I've seen quite a few funny ones. I liked the bit with the German team and David Hasselhoff. I was the only one to get that...

Also, the blurb 'They stole his identity, and he wants it back' is also a load of rubbish.

I, Robot: I thought it was just going to be a "I told you the robots were going to kill us all!" movie... But the plot was really interesting...

50 First Dates and The Haunted Mansion both surprised me. I thought 50 First Dates would be a very boring movie, one that I'd fall asleep somewhere in the middle, but it turned out to be the opposite. It was funny and I really liked it. Then, The Haunted Mansion... *Falls on ground laughing for no reason* I actually saw that dumb Disney movie, but only because my sister made me... it turned out to be okay, I expected some baby movie. But I think they should've made a whole other movie based on the introduction, now that'd be awesome. 8)

I thought Mean Girls was pretty good. Surprised me by actually being funny.
I did think that whole dance Cady up on stage breaking the crown and blah blah was cheesy though.

Also.. Man on Fire was pretty decent. It's a bit slow at first but I thought it got pretty good once the action starts taking place.
