And, I agree with you totally. TNT should either warn us about this or create a support dept just to investigate missing items. Better yet, maybe they should anticipate getting tons of new players when they do a big promotion like the McDonald's giveaway--and have the new servers ready and in place before the giveaway.
I mean, honestly, could you imagine a bank or stock trading company like Charles Schwab getting away with this? Oh, I hear the cries already--"but the site is free" and "you don't pay for it so be happy with whatever service Neopets doles out to you." To answer those people: Yes, we do pay for the site--with our time and with our support of the sponsors. Without its players making huge investments of time into the site (causing sponsors to jump at the chance to advertise to all of us), Neopets would be just another flash in the pan!

Man, I can't believe how similar we think! It's like you stole the words out of my mouth!!
It really makes me mad that TNT spend all this effort on adding new things and new promotions instead of fixing their current problems and helping the hard working dedicated players who get unfairly frozen or get their items and money glitched away.

Tonu, we think alike because we have experienced just about every glitch out there--and at almost the exact same time. You'd think after a year of dealing with this, we'd be immune to it by now, eh?

I'd send in a bug report about that. The same thing happened to other people, who got frozen for removing the money from their till. (Once again, neo shows just how little they think through the consequences of their actions.) I liked the TFT thing, it's quite fitting. Makes me wonder just how many variations of TNT could actually exist.
