I'm just saying that you shouldn't be complaining about lost time when no one but yourself chose to waste your time on Neopets. Life isn't perfect and you have to accept that these things happen. Being mad isn't going to help. It isn't like you haven't made mistakes either.

Man, I give up. Go get your 600K glitched away by a glitch that you didn't cause and get frozen literally seconds after earning your first million and tell me you feel the same way you do now.

Money isn't everything to me in the real world or the online world. I understand how you're upset. I understand how everybody is upset. All I'm saying is that you shouldn't act like it's the end of the world. It's all pixels on a computer.

I'm not arguing anymore. We've already established that we don't share the same point of view. You understand what I'm trying to say and vice versa. We agree to disagree, and I'm backing out to leave it at that.

And when have I said it is to me? This whole thing has been about it wasting my TIME!

EDIT:
Nevermind, we have very different opinions so I agree lets just forget it. =D

heh..this reminds me of the comment my mum makes whenever my family watches a game of soccer. she can never understand why we get emotional over it precisely becoz she don't understand soccer and don't support any team. she'd say something like " what are you getting so excited abt? it's not if you are going to win the cup."

i always have this same feeling whenever a fellow gamer tells me that it's just a game. i'd look at the gamer and if they are my "equal" at least. we know that in every online game, there are what we call "socialiser" in the game. of coz, all of us socialise but some of them have it as their main objective. they have an account but it is not so important to them. they stay around in chat rooms and forums. on the other hand, there are players who are more focused and concerned abt their games. if someone who lost their multi-millions in a glitch or got frozen can tell me it's just a game and they don't mind, then i'd say that they are cool. but if someone who had a newbie-like account after 30 mth tell me likewise, it is unlikely i'd take it seriously coz we are talking of different things.

as far as i know, there are no serious players who i know so far who wouldn't fight for their loss be it a glitch or against an unjustified freezing; this i can assure you from experience

yeah it seems like every day they start caring less and less about their users and fixing the site and more and more about using the players to buy every xpensive piece of crap merchandise that they make. sooner or later the site is going to reach the bottom of the hill unless they can find a way to get back up it. if they reach the bottom of the hill then they will be screwed

You'll have to wait until their Neomail system comes out and they charge for that.
