Worrying thought:
The article says that the "hobbits" came to the island already small, and that they can't figure out how they came to BE so small. What if they're aliens? It's a possibility.

The reason I like this is because it is in national geographic. I mean, this is real. This isn't something out of some tabliod magizine. This actally is real for once, and people can't figure it out. And for the first time they have to admit there are things out there left to be discovered.

Yes, quite a possibility.
Unless they somehow evolved from the Komodo Dragons?
Nah, I think the Alien explanation is much more simpler, and makes more sense, don't you?
