it seems unlikely you would have forgotten Spoono if you new of them ... http://www.spoono.com . they literally have everything you need.

http://www.good-tutorials.com is an excellent site for tutorials in Adobe Photoshop, and is often useful to me in web designing.

Also, if you are a beginner learning HTML- or even if you are more advanced- http://www.lissaexplains.com is really useful for looking up how to do simple HTML, CSS and Java.

TeamPhotoshop is a great place for tutorials; when I was in middle school I used some of these tutorials for fun.
