I KNEW Shadowfare was probably a werewolf and I was going to kill her myself if I ever got a chance. Too bad that never happened. 
Oh well, I STILL think you should kill that psycho with the knife... he/she STILL needs to die.

I'm not going to root for the killing of flatluigi, because he could very well be on my side... and since I don't know who the other mafia members are... I'm not going to give any suggestions. :3
SQUINCHY - That's right, I mentioned it a couple of times while I was still alive and no one seemed to even notice it. All I can say is that he hasn't been killed because there hasn't been a majority a single time...

Matt - I think Scott won't include roles which will pose severe disadvantages towards people in different time zones.

I also think flatluigi is most likely a bad person. Kidwaiy doesn't seem like one, flatluigi leads off more of a vibe.

HAHA that whole conversation between Flatluigi and o_0 was hilarious. Anyway, time to analyze that whole "defense" that flatluigi had:
First of all, the suspicious comment. I think the reason people find you suspicious is because thge commentary has for a long time and I also attempted to take you out by majority a few days ago (though it didn't work).
Either way, it isn't looking good for you. Once you are in the hot seat, the baddies won't want you dead because they know that you will hold off deaths from their team. Once the suspicion has started fading away *BAM* you've got a knife stuck in your back and you are thrown into the oven. :3
Next, the defense. Defense means nothing in this game because of a rule of the game "Don't take anything anyone says as fact, so therefore, don't trust them at all unless YOU (not another person) have solid proof that they are innocent." Okay, so that isn't the rule, but it still applies
Your right by your first point... except for the governor part. The governor wasn't on my side and they kept me alive a few turns, but seeing as the governor (or whatever they are this game) hasn't made any choices on execution, that means that there must be another reason, because whether or not they wanted you to die, they would probably choose someone else (unless they think that EVERYONE is innocent or something) Also, with the point I made earlier, if the governor is bad, then they are going to keep you alive untilt hey don't need you anymore.
That's how it seems to work to me. *shrugs*

Also, I think Ixistant is a wolf or mafia due to the fact he dissappeared during the WW4 game and than suddenly appeared saying he was happy a wolf died.
And some of you could argue that he might've been busy, well I went to IDB Forums to see if Werewolf was starting there and it wasn't. I clicked on the latest thread and I saw Ixistant posts. Therefore he was active during the days he missed WW4 on PPT.
My top suspect is Ixistant.

No one (except the person making the decisions in case of no majority) knows if there is a governor or not and even then, there might still be one. But because we don't know the identity of the person making these decisions we have nothing better to call him/her except for "Governor". Truthfully I don't think this person really is a governor, but we have nothing better to call them.

*sigh* Ah well, never mind. Everytime, apart from the time I died, we got somebody with a power. I think it was mostly because people were so obvious

It seems people don't remember White_Wolf's death
She left a Vice-President, so we know for a fact that there is a Governor-type person left, and since White_Wolf chose who to pass it on to, that it could be a bad guy who now holds that power.

Scott never mentioned what the President's power was so we aren't exactly sure if the President has the same power as the Governor (though it would make sense). It may have been used in an IDB game before, but I don't think anyone that hasn't played in one before has a clue (me included). Didn't the President shoot people during the night?
