I have already read 4 of the 15 books I wanted to read this Christmas.

So far I have read The Slippery Slope (ASOUE), The Catcher in the Rye, Swarm by Michael Crichton, and Anna Karenina.

I still have to read The Lord of the Flies, LOTR trilogy, The five book Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and a few other books I have always wanted to read.

I've been bored recently so when I was in town the other day I managed to pick up a hard-back book at the store for $5.00 which I was very pleased about. As a result, that is what I am currently reading, its called The Palace of Heavenly Pleasure by Adam Williams. It is a book set in China in 1899 and apparently the blurb says that a secret society is trying to convince the people to drive the westerners that have been moving into the region "to the sea". I haven't read all that much of it yet so I can't confirm.

I'm re-reading Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix. I've been lazy about it since school let out, though.

Artemis Fowl: the Arctic Incident

Haha, finally finished the first one.. I am such a slow reader. I only read like, two pages a day.. but since my harddrive crashed the other day, I read about half of it in an hour. XD
