Hello.
This sounds a tad strange, but bare with me. In the middle of the night, when I was at my mate Hog's house, he deicded he wanted to list all the Simpsons characters with tattoos (or who have had tattoos at some point. Can have been mentioned and not seen). And we realised we couldn't think of many, but we're sure there are more.

So I shall post what I can remember, and if anyone can add to this/correct my list, it'd be much appreciated!

Homer (temporary and permanent, although only for one episode)
Marge (on her 'you know where')
Bart (The Mom tattoo on his arm)
The tattoo parlour guy (many)
Tattoo Annie (Mad Magazine fold in etc.)
Sideshow Bob (Luv and hát etc.)
Kent Brockman (Is seen getting a dragon tattoo in the opening credits to Eye On Springfield)
Otto (can't think what, but he must do)
Grandpa Simpson (Hellfish tattoo)
Mr Burns (Was also a hellfish so must have the tattoo, but not sure that you see it)
Snake (er...his snake tattoos)
Comic Book Guy (Superman tattoo on his arse)

You mean other than tattoo Annie? Phillips? Who killed her husband with a Phillips head screwdriver?
I can't remember if she has tattoos.

I think she had one on her left arm. I can't remember though.

Meathook and Ramrod, the bikers from the episode "Take My Wife, Sleaze". *nods* At least one of them has a tattoo. I think the one with the long brown hair in a ponytail and long moustache has one. I think it's a spade as in the ones you get on cards (diamonds, hearts, clubs, spades) Hopefully you know what I mean. :/

Oh and Jack Crowley has some, he's from the episode "Pokey Mom". Not quite sure what tattoos he has though.
