I know Seamus Kennedy. He's an Irish folk singer.

And my dad use to live across the street from Barbara Robinson, the author of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.

My parents (or at least my mom) took Irish dancing lessons from Michael Flatley (River Dance) when he was like 18. She said he was very conceited.

Edit: Bah I spelt Kennedy wrong. At least I got Seamus right!

Well, my sister and I used to be neighbours and friends with a Chinese celebrity- well, a celebrity's daughter who's famous for being famous. I only remember her Chinese name (in Cantonese, pronounced "cheng yun yee"), but she's the daughter of (bear with me, direct translation here) "fat sister". Both are always on TVB in Hong Kong and stuff, and she (the daughter) recently went on this huge diet which hit all these magazine headlines.

I doubt she remembers me or my sister, though. :P

Hm, as for indirect connections...I used to have a friend from my theory class (we haven't kept in contact for 3 years though) whose math tutor was a dancer for Pink, and whose friend's cousin was Trevor from soulDecision. Also, another friend of mine knows Edison Chen.

Hmm.. I've met various AFL players over the years.
I met Heidi Fleiss at a book signing once.
At school last year, a lady came in and gave us a motivational speech, she designed the costumes for Ned Kelly.
I've met a couple of Paralympians.

Oooh, I know a few indirect ones..

- My dad's met Bill Gates before.
- My dad met both the co-founders of Hewlett Packard.
- My dad's met a movie director and got her autograph for me.
- A guy who I'm friends with at school is heavily into politics. He's interviewed John Howard (and was on TV when that happened), and he's also met Steve Bracks (Victorian Premier), numerous times. He's met a ton of other political people too, since he's a member of one of the two large political parties here.

I met Q-Mack once. Yeah. The Qmack. The guy who signs your shoes, and has his head on the cover of a book about being yourself. Yeah, the crazy shoe signing Qmack blonde head of the book about being yourself basketball player guy. Yeah, that guy. I got him to sign my shoe, then it washed off when I stepped outside in the rain. Boy was i peeved.

Ooh, that reminds me! My dad has met quite a few famous people:

Rosa Downy, umm... and most of the other people of 'Touched by an Angel' and stars off 'The Promised Land'; Tom Sellick, Juaqin Pheonix, Debbie Reynolds, Jeanine Gerafalo, Carrie Fisher, Vince Vaun, Barbara Mandrel, Tia the Elephant (Larger than Life, Operation Dumbo Drop), Angel the Chimpanzee (Critter Gitters), Robert Gioume (Rafiki), the good and bad rangers off of Meet the Deedles, the original Red Power Ranger, and probably a few more.

And my mom has met Jim Balooshi, John Ackroid, and Ron Howard.

And... I'm not sure of the spelling on those so don't eat me if their wrong.

My Aunt's related to me by marrige, and she has quite an impressive family history. I've met and will be in a performence by Joe Hayes, a famous story teller.

(Its a fundraiser to send these two girls at our school to a nation story tell contest thing, a bunch of kids will tell stories and so will Joe Hayes, and I'm gonna be the annoncer-thing.)

My mom has met George R. R. Martin and a lot of other authors. My mom used to work at the paper, and we go to Sci-fi cons every year.

In the nerd since, I phwn you all.

Oh, also, my dads friend dated Bill Gates sister and met him when he wasn't famous.

Well I met and had a chat with the authors of Weird New Jersey. (If anyone knows what that is.) And I think my cousin Amanda was a walk-on for Too Fast Too Furious...I don't remember. But her boyfriend's car was definetley one of the cars in the movie, I don't know which one. (Never bothered paying attention.)

And I go to the same high school Jon Bon Jovi went to. That makes me feel a tad bit specail. A whole bunch of my friend's mothers and aunts dated him. Lemme tell you, he must have broken a lot of hearts in high school. :P

Theo, she used to be in my class. She was in a movie that I forgot the name to, I dont think it was an important role though...

Other than that, no, I dont know anyone famous. :(

My grandfather was Hopalong Cassidy. Most of you probably have never heard of him at all, but I'm just stating what I know :)

Other than that, my name's been in a small town paper, but that's not really as noteworthy as some would think.

I can't think of any famous people who all would know, that I know, but I do know two people who personally know John Lithgow. One of my friend's relatives was married to him and my high school English teacher was in a Broadway show with him.

My friend Gavin (the one I mentioned in my first post in this thread) was nominated for a Tony a couple years ago, but he got beat by John Lithgow *hisses at John Lithgow*

Really? My mom and I were just talking about him a couple weeks ago. She and her friend were talking about old time cowboy stars and they were trying to remember the names of all these star's horses, and Hopalong was the one they were stuck on. So the finally had to call me and ask me to look it up lol.
