Anyone else love this musical?
I've loved it for as long as I've known about it, almost my whole life, and just got obsessed with it again a few days ago and wanted to see if anyone else here's heard of it.
I made a costume based on it a few years ago for Halloween, and plan to do the same this year =D
I got to see it live, also, a year or two ago =) sadly, it was so exiting I can't remember what half of it was like now =( doncha hate it when that happens? 'Twas good, though, what I could remember of it.
One of my goals to someday be a preformer in CATS. Not likely with my voice and extremally un-bendy back, but a cat can dream ~_^

I LOVE that musical! I also got to see it in London a couple of years ago and I absolutely loved it!! I got Old Deuteronomy to sign my programme! ;) The silver pen he used has almost rubbed off now though.
Its my (hopeless) ambition to be in a musical to!! I have Musical Theatre classes - but they're not proffesional, just for fun really. But last summer in my dancing school we did Cats in a show and I got my own costume!!!

Thats the closest I'll ever get though unfortunately... but I LOVE Cats!!

:D

I saw it when it it came to Baltimore a few years ago. It rocked. So much.

I've always loved CATS, as I've watched it on PBS dozens of times, but it was just so great to watch it at the theater. =D

can't find the sig from this set, so instead, you get a <3 .

Yep I'm a HUGE fan of CATS. My favourite character is Mister Mistoffelees and I like Rumpleteaser and Munjojerrie too. I've always wanted to be Victoria mainly because i can do that thing with my leg. :P Oh and the fact that she doesn't sing.

My drama teacher was the understudy for Grizabella in CATS. She's amazing. :)

My favourite characters were Rumpleteaser and Jemima. :D
But I'd probably like to be Victoria too, but the I'd prefer a tabby, Rumpleteaser-ish kind of costume!

It's one of my fave musicals! My favorite song is "Mongo Jerry and Rumpleteaser", or however you spell it. I also live "Magical Mr. Mestofolese" (God, I KNOW I butchered that name), and basically every song in it!

The choreography is amazing too. It would be a challenge for any dancer. A girl from my dance school played Victoria for a season in London and we've got her white jazz shoes on display. She was really nice and came back and did a workshop with us.

Wow, lucky :P

If I could choose, I'd be either Rumpelteazer, Etcetera or Jemima in the play...someone where if you mess up you can just pass it off as the character being goofy and hope no one else notices :P Just kidding.
