I rearrange the names. I saved the file when each name was a different layer, and then flattened it and saved it under a different name.
Or, you can vote me off and have to live with my name on your banner until you merge.

Yep, our banner is much cooler than their nonexistant one... and we can still be chatty too.
I guess that means we've more or less chosen our name though, or we'd have to change the banner.... meh, still gotta work on the leader thing though, how are we doing this?

I dunno, plurality of votes recieved isn't much... majority sounds good. So far we need some work to get there...
