To those in college: how do you make time to play Neopets? xD

through uberific time management!
actually i just have so few classes i go nuts with so much free time.
bring on the O levels i say, could do with a change to the curent monotany (though "experimenting" with electricity again was fun, even if a feedback loop with four of the biggest batteries i could find did nearly melt the wires.
and we blew up two bulbs.
and made a ickle cattle prod.
that blew up too.

The same way you make time for anything while going to school.
I'm at the University of Toronto full time and I still have a part time job, am on the student society, my course union webmaster and short film programmer, play volleyball and manage my boyfriend/friends.

My suggestion to you, going to that level so young, is to realize that since you're ahead of the game, that starting slow at post-secondary is probably a better idea. It's a whole new ballgame from high school. Don't let yourself feel overwhelmed by feeling you have to impress people. :)

wait.. you are actually suppose to go to class and buy books while in college. mmmm I may want to try that. Wait I graduate in May, so why change it, if it ain't broke.

You buy books at the school bookstore or other designated stores. They are hella expensive. I spent around $450 USD on books this semester. :x If I don't get A's, I'm going to be quite unhappy.

You can sell them back to the bookstore if they still use that book and the book isn't damaged. Or at least people can here. I don't know if they buy them back at full price though.

For most of my books, I expect I'd be lucky to get $2.00 back for each.

Don't be afraid to see the truth, even if no one wants you to. Be yourself and not a fool. Don't ever be afraid to speak your mind and listen to criticism. Dissent is keeps our country progressive and willingness to challenge yourself is what keeps yourself ever evolving.

Me too...our campus bookstore has a book buyback at the end of each semester, and it is such a rip-off. $10.00 for a book you originally paid $70.00 for is something they would consider a good deal there. The thing to do if you really paid a lot for a book and the bookstore won't give you much for it is to sell it somewhere on the internet.
