You - Evanescence

Hate to break it to you but it wasn't on their original album. It wasn't even supposed to be released. Amy wrote it and it was very personal and some guy went and released it. She asked everyone not to listen to it.
I haven't listened to it because Amy said she doesn't want anyone to listen to it. And I respect her so it's only fair. But if you and Chass want to, it's okay I guess considering you guys aren't Evanescence crazed maniacs like I do.
This is an exact quote from
http://www.evboard.com on the song "You",
Quote:
Amy Lee's personal song dedicated to her family and friends. The only song that the band encourages fans not to download.
Ben Moody described the situation with the song on the Original Exodus Evanescence Board called the "We're not Goth" board when it was still running.
Ben Moody --
"Since Origin, he has taken the liberty of connecting himself with everything we've ever done. He even has gone to a studio that we recorded at (the owner of which was a friend of his) and made cd's of songs he was never supposed to have. One song in particular, was VERY private. He was FORBIDDEN to show it to anyone, since there was no way I could actually be sure I had every copy. COUNTLESS times people have commented on that song and how he showed it to them. When confronted, he just denies it or says that they heard it on accident or some smurf. there's a very good chance some of you have it on your computer RIGHT NOW,"
