Yeah sorry...we were working on the fact that the lists would be switched. My 5 words were

Hauptstadt (German for captial city - nothing against words in other lannguages)

EDIT - For convinience, here are the definitions of each word

Choleric -

Mitochondrion -

Mizzenmast -

The third mast or the mast aft of a mainmast on a ship having three or more masts.

Sulfanilamide -

A white, odorless crystalline sulfonamide, C6H8N2SO2, used in the treatment of various bacterial infections.

Wow, I was no good at poem making before, but now I hopeless with these words

Just to clear things up; the poem may be ANY length, but you cannot manipulate the words in ANY way (spacing, plural, etc)

You people are very random... I mean there's persephone and canine and this random word I have no idea what it means (Acanthocephalan)

We should've went for the two-three letter words. XD

onlinedictionary.datasegment.com defines schorlaceous as "partaking of the nature and character of schorl; resembling schorl." I took this to mean "dark", not literal tournaline. Thought I would mentione that =D

EDIT - Sorry guys, we didn't have time to vote on this one (10 minutes left). I decided to send the one I did above in, just because it's the only one with any sort of structure (not that it's good, but it's there). Hopefully that works for us. It should be enough to beat the girls at least.
