General consensus among my friends appears to be 10.

Well, tonight I'm staying up to try to make myself no longer nocturnal. I took a long nap last afternoon which messed up my delicate sleeping schedule. It's curently 4:30 AM and I'm wide awake, but bored and hungry.

My usualy sleeping schedule (which wasn't in my first post) is roughly 12-7 on school days, and completly erratic during the summer and long vacations.

EDIT: That wasn't explained well...put in a better way, i'm staying up all last night and today to normalize my sleeping schedule.

On scool days I go to bed at 9-11pm, and during the summer at 1-3am. I'm 16.

My designated time to hit the sack is 9:00 pm in SUMMER. I usually get to sleep at 10:30 or 10:00 pm, though.

During school it was around 11:00 if I didn't have immense loads of homework, otherwise it was as late as 1:30/2:00.

When I'm on vacation, I'm usually up to around 2 ish, and then conk out until 10:30. But now I have drivers ed at 8:30 in the morning, so I try to get to sleep around 12:30/1:00.

Oh, and I'm almost 16.

Lastest is about 3 when I can't sleep. But, I normally fall asleep at about 10-11. I'm...11. :lol:

It depends. During the school year, I tend to go to sleep around 11:30-12:30, then wake up at 6:30-7:00. It's fairly random during the summer though. Usually, however, I go to bed at about 2 AM and wake up around eight or nine. I'm 15.

In the school year, no time before half ten do I go to bed (if I do, then I'm awake for hours). Then I get to sleep about half an hour - an hour after that. In the holidays, I'm up much longer...and I get to lie in...

*one more day to go of tortureeee....*

It depends. If I have to work early in the morning I'll probably head to bed at about 1:30 a.m. If I don't I may be up until 3 or 4 a.m. I'm a bit of a "night owl".

I'm 20.

I can not go to sleep for the whole night if I really wanted to. I dont know why, but after I got back from China, my sleeping schedule got messed up completely. Usually, since it's summer, I go to sleep around 12PM or so and wake up at about 11AM. :|

During the school year I normally go to bed anywhere from 9 to 10. But I've went to bed as early as 8:30 and as late as 11:00.

During summer It's usually after 11 no matter how early I have to wake up. There's been times when I went to bed at 11 and had to wake up at 5:30. and that was stupid.

If I go on a vacation it's usually 1 or 2 in the morning. And if I have friends over I usually don't go to bed until 4 or 5.
