my boyfriend.

he upsets me with his kindliness, which always ends up causing him harm. like giving someone he didn't know a ride, and they stole $40 out of his car. or giving $20 to a stranger who took down his address, saying he'd pay my boyfriend back, and of course never doing so. or never accepting rides from people even though his car is broken and he lives an hour's bus ride away from his work, because he "doesn't want to be a bother."

seriously. it's almost dangerous, sometimes, his trying to be too nice. all that's going to happen is the world is going to take advantage of him. or keep taking advantage, i should say, since it's already happened countless times.
