Yet again, I'm one of the only people not interested remotely in Star Wars. Still. :/

*sigh*
What a soft spot I do have for the old movies.

Moving on from the pointless posts, I watched the traielr (yes I did has to join the silly forum) and it was fairly good. It looked like someone had colour dodged the entire thing though with all the super bright colours.

lucas' new idea to apeal to the MTV generation?
clone troopers in neon green armour, shooting neon red blasters.

I really want to see this movie, I liked Clone Wars, but i didn't like Episode 1 at all, this one looks excellent.

I've noticed that right before a Star Wars movie comes out, i go into Star Wars Nerd Hype Mode, where I just think and breathe Star Wars. This time around, I've done it by paying for, and playing, Jedi Knight, Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2. Oh, and there's always the repeats of the old movies that are on TV before a new movie is out.
Mon Mar 28, 2005 3:36 am
I seem to go in Star Wars Hyper Nerd mode every few years, although this time I'm sure it is here to stay. Years ago I was quite a big Star Wars fan, had tons of posters, toys, and was subscribed to Star Wars Insider. Then for a few years I was out of Star Wars, didn't really care too much, I did see the movies though.
And now recently, I've subscribed back to the Star Wars Insider, have bought the Clone Wars on DVD, have the new trilogy on DVD, have every movie on DVD, watch the Episode III trailer daily, have saved up enough money to go to Sobeys and buy tons of Star Wars branded food (Such as cereal) and am ready to buy episode III lego, action figures, lightsabers, ect. Oh yeah that and I've bought every recent Star Wars game and am going to buy Republic Commando and Lego Star Wars.
Tehehe...No laughing at me!

I love the old films so I always go and see the newest one, usually to be greatly let down.

You're not a moderator. Leave them alone. It is not for you to decide whether or not someone's thread is pointless, oui?

I think Jim's made an intellegent comment on the subject that should solve and issues. Anyway...
Just another couple of weeks to go, can't wait. The reviewers are actually giving it a 'Good movie' this time.

I can't wait either. Fox showed episode VI today, and oh it was glorious.
I want more Yoda fight scenes NOW!
