Drain the toilet water
Clog the toilet so that the person that uses it can't see it's clogged.
Pour the water back into the toilet over top
Pour some detergent in with the water
When the next person flushes, nothing goes down but the detergent brings everything up...over the lid...onto the floor

Thats EVIL, what a good way to get someone to clean the bathroom though.

spread plastic wrap over the lower part of the toliet(so people dont see its there) is much more fun to do
