Ninjas would so win. Dinosaurs, while ferocious with sharp pointy things in their mouth, can be outsmarted and taken out with traps. Robots will be taken out the same way because robots don't have much imagination (although we haven't really specified what kind of robots we're talking about here but I'm assuming they're robots from our present timeline and present dimension). And pirates vs ninjas? Ninjas are stealthy and have l33t sword skills (or whatever you call their sharp edged weapons whose name probably ends in --itsu or something). Pirates wouldn't stand a chance.

Ninjas. Definately.

It depends what type of dinosaurs.

I'm not so sure about ninjas. There big attribute so far is stealth.

But robots have heat vision, n'est-ce pas? And dinosaurs have a very accurate sense of smell. So hiding behing a tree all quiet-like whilse being hunted by a raptor and lasers frying your head isn't going to do much now is it?

Um... the robots just hide for 30 years until everyone else dies?

It depends what kind of dinosaurs, if it was Raptors then they would definatly win cos they rule!
If it was big stupid T-rexes then no.

Yeah, they don't bleed, but they can be short circuited. I do believe that dinosaurs would win in this instant - but only one dinosaur would live if it was T Rexs, they preyed on each other. If it was Raptors, they hunt in packs, therefore the pack of Raptors would survive. T Rexs, one T Rex would survive.

w00t.

Of course, if only one T Rex survived, then everyone loses because that poor T Rex doesn't have a mating partner.

Pirates, of course. Pirates are awesome.

Robots, obviously. The robot will wait for the other to fight over food once they're starving, and the dinosaur will end up winning after a long battle. Since the dinosaur will be battle weary already, the robot will make quick work of him.

Agh. I forgot about that. You know what I mean, there are families of T Rexs, but they don't go around hunting together and stuff. They'll wipe out other families, and rear their children until they're old enough to look after themselves.

Ninjas. They're cool.

Or Robots.

Or maybe they would team up and form a big Robot Ninja.

Pirates and Ninjas would never team up, they are sworn foes, everyone knows that.

Facts:
1. Ninjas are mammals.
2. Ninjas fight ALL the time.
3. The purpose of the ninja is to flip out and kill people.

You can't beat that kind of ultimate power.
