I just went to see her, it was.... wow.
When we walked in the baby was sleeping, and she looked exactly like a doll, but when she woke up and yawned, it really was very special, it was soo different, it hardly felt real. Then I held her, and it was brilliant. She was so light, and her little arm was wiggling, and when she touched me, it was so warm, and her fingers were so small.

Matt, congratulations to your family. 
That is *so* wonderful. ^.^ Her name is absolutely gorgeous. Now that you've held that little ball of wonder, you must spoil her rotten. lol I love little baby fingers and toes. They're just amazing. Babies also have this wonderful baby smell.
That would be absolutely horrible. Those years are so important and amazing. A child grows so fast you can just watch them learn and develop. The love and closeness of a child during the ages 1-4 is something you can't repeat later in life. Then they start growing up and becoming more independent and they're not squishy anymore. I the toddler years.
Actually, that's not so bad. With any luck, the baby will start sleeping through the night after the first month. My girls did. It's not so bad once you get in a schedule. Even though I was exhausted, I used to love those quiet late night/early morning moments with the baby when everyone else was asleep.

Jassy's right... I personally found 2 years ago quite amusing, when my brother was 3... he was so cute and kept asking me questions.
And I was the only one that enjoyed answering them, except for my parents... everyone else just yelled at him for asking them. =(
