ok, I am making my comeback to the ppt forums. I was wondering if someone could make me an avatar.

I would like a light blue background, and just have stars sparkle all over it, but not all at the same time if you know what i mean. I don't need a sig to match. If you want to add something, feel free. I just want it to be sparkly and stand out.

He wants the letters in capital and have a 3-d effect . The leeter colours need to be a nice dark metalicy blood red . Any help with this would be so good
