Alrighty.. you asked for it! heh Here are some of my old ones.. really old ones.
Not sure when I drew some of them.. some time between 1990-2000 *shrugs*
And erm yeah.... here ya go in no particular order and with commentary! heh
As you'll notice with alot of pics... the chars waists are WAY too thin. I just never noticed it until a few years ago and I still have some trouble when it comes to making a character look proportioned right.
Also.. don't think that every pic looked like these that I drew in the past. Most of my stuff from years ago look pretty bad
MUD Dwarf- Okedoke... first off, here's a pic I drew of my dwarf in a MUD I played. Yeah.. she doesn't look like a dwarf at all heh.
Blue Elf Girl- A different look for a character I created. I really liked the way the hair and face came out on this one.
Bug Eyed Blue Girl- I got on this big kick of drawing like this for a week.
Darth Maul- No I'm not really a Star Wars fan, but the char does look neat. Wish this was straight from memory, but no.. I drew it from this card that came with some pringles (i think it was pringles).
Bounty Hunter Girl- This is a char from one of my many attempts at a web comic. It just never got anywhere. The title of the comic would've been Bounty and there were 4 main chars... sorta like a Charlie's Angels thing now that I look back on it. 3 girls and 1 guy.
Elf Girl- The comic book Elfquest got me seriously drawing. Think I started reading the comics in 89 or 90.. and then a while later.. I started making up my own elves. This is one that I was really proud of at the time. heh
First pic in first sketchbook- Yep... it's the very first picture I ever drew in my very first sketchbook. It's of the character Leetah from the comic Elfquest. It wasn't from memory.. I drew it from one of the comic panels. Wish I had taken care of my old sketchbooks. As you can tell by this pic.. they're in pretty bad shape now. Geeze.. this pic was done in 1990! Some of you weren't even born then! rofl
EQ Bard- A lil pic of my wood elf bard in the MMORPG Everquest.
Random Anime Girl- Yeah... just a random anime girl. I wanted to include it though b/c I like the colors heh.
Bf's MUD char- I drew this pic for my bf when we played in this MUD called AnimeMUD. In the game you could rename these special items you got and that's why his char is sporting some weird items here. Like the UFO, and giant crayon, and hoola-hoop.
Random Evil looking elf Guy- Yeah.. I'm not sure if he's totally random. Might've been a character I was thinking up for a comic I was working on at the time (which I still want to complete now)
Group Shot-My bro's wife and I were going to do this story and the chars here were inspired by us. Well most of them. The blonde elf girl is just an extra put in to balance the group. The blue elf is based on me, guy in the middle.. my brother, girl next to him, his wife, and the guy at the end my bf
Vampire Guy- I remember being extremely proud of this picture b/c I hadn't used any references when I drew him. Compared to some other pics that were done in '94.. this one is a masterpiece rofl
Elfquest Guy- Another made up Elfquest character oh mine... I have a nice big sketchbook filled with them heh.
Cute Elfy Guy- I was actually surprised when I found this pic in my sketchbook b/c I don't remember drawing it heh I really like it though.. think I might use the concept now. Well.. whoever he was supposed to be.. he was sure a hotty rofl
