Aw. I'm sorry. *hugs*

My little girl ran away for three days once, through a storm and all, but she came back. :) I hope Fenix comes home too. I'll pray for him (and you)!

Aww, I hope you find him soon. Definitely check all the shelters, ask neighbours and put up signs and so on. Walk around the area calling for him too. He might come back by himself but it's best to do everything you can as well.

My cat disappeared the first time he was allowed out after we moved house. He disappeared for almost 4 days before he came back wondering what all the fuss was about. I guess he was just exploring his new territory but we were out shouting for him every night. (I think he was also in the huff with us for moving!). He is an outside loving cat though and though he refuses a collar too I don't think they're very strict about that here in the UK.

Fenix is probably just having an explore like cats like to do but I'm sure if you go out looking in the meantime then he'll show up soon. I hope he does and soon

Awwww, thanks everyone. I've alerted some of my friends that live on the same street as my dad, so they all have an eye out for me. Even if he doesn't come back, I hope he survives and is alright.

He got out only once before, got scared and hid underneath the shed. But my dad has checked underneath the shed about a million times. So...well, who knows. Thanks everyone. <3

Yeah, and you live in DC. ;) Unless Fenix walked all the way from New Jersey...actually that would be pretty cool! Heh heh.

I loved Fenix, he was my best buddy.

I feel sorry for you and all, but don't say that! There is still a chance he is still alive. And since he has no collar, someone might have found him and taken him home, thinking that they saved his life.

I had a cat, and his name was Snowball, and he went outside ALL the time and he never wore a collar. One day, he didn't come home. That one day stretched into over a year. There was a bike trail behind our house that he went on every single day and people would come up to him and try to take him home, but he didn't like to be held so he would scratch the crap out of them. I know I will probably never get him back becasue we moved 900 miles away, but he was microchipped so if someone finds him and they bring him to the vet, then they will check him for a microchip and see our new address and send him to us. So there is still alittle bit of hope.

Also, one time he got lost again, and he came back after 3 weeks.
Fenix has only been gone 3 days, and I'm sure he will find his was home. Don't give up.

You know, cats are weird. I had a tabby cat with a white chest(barn cat mind you, but a cat) who left. Just dissappeared. I loved that cat, he was a wierdo.
Three years later (no exageration, 3 years, maybe a few months off) in comes a tabby cat with a white chest. Same cat, came back after three years. He was a male cat and went on a journey.

Your cat will be back more than likely. Lots of cats go on walks, especially when they need to feel like men :P

Oh, what a wonderful story! Cats do like to go on adventures.

When we lived out in the country, our cats traveled for miles--hunting mice and such. Always at night. In the morning, when we wented them to come home, we clanked a can opener against a can of cat food, called "kitties!," and they'd all come running out of the nearby corn and bean fields, meowing their heads off.

Cats seem to have a great sense of direction, so AFI, there is hope for your little guy.

<STOWA|Sleep> my sister questioned the title. "Half Blooded Prince? Does that mean he's a Moogle"

::big hugs:: Cats are funny little things, I've had ones wander off for months and then show back up none the worse for it. As others have said, don't give up hope yet.

UPDATE: There has been a sighting of Fenix in my friend Danny's backyard. He was outside doing who knows what (with Danny, it's best not to ask. ;)) and he saw Fenix just sort of lounging around. My kitty got scared and then tore off down the street towards my house.
This weekend I am conducting a huge search party to go out looking for him!

But everyone has really been scaring me. About five people who knew I was missing my cat came up to me yesterday saying they saw a dead cat on the side of the road and were hoping it wasn't Fenix. :( (It wasn't, thankfully. The roadkill cat was all black.)

Thank you everyone! I do hope I find him again. And when I do, everyone on PPT shall be the first to know!

Yay, that's great news! :) I hope you manage to find him this weekend - get everyone to carry an open tin of tuna or some chicken or something, tuna never fails to bring my cat running towards me. I can open the tin in the kitchen and he'll suddenly appear outside the window, hee x)

Good luck bringing him home :)

Thanks Trick, I didn't even think of tuna. He loves, loves, LOVES tuna. (And ham, but I have tuna in my cabinent as of right now.) I can't imagine he'd be too far, because he's terrified of loud noises. So I imagine he's out of the streets and is dashing through people's backyards.

...Maybe if you left a can of open tuna tonight in your backyard, he'll come home.
