“It seems that the_dog_god has voted for o_0. Well, I guess o_0 will be chosen for execution then,” Qanda said, “Alcardoom!”

A whooshing sound was heard, and the temperature dropped a few notches as Alcardoom arrived. “Wherever you are, Alcardom, do the job fast,” Qanda said, peering vainly through the darkness.

After a moment’s silence, the whooshing sound was heard again as Alcardoom left the execution site.

“Well, that’s that, I guess,” Qanda said. “Alcardoom would not or could not kill o_0.”

Night 8 has begun.

Whee. I'm up for night postings for once!

The darkness that had descended over the castle was so thick that even the moon and stars were blotted out from sight. Under such conditions, Qanda awaited in the dungeon during the night hoping to nab the sadistic person/s responsible for the many victims tortured to death.

Suddenly, he heard the door open, followed by the sound of muffled screaming as not one, but two hapless victims were dragged into the dungeon. After a seemingly interminable period, the screams slowly died down into hopeless moaning, then silence.

A deep, cruel peal of laughter rang out in the dungeon, echoing around the cold stone walls, followed closely by a high-pitched but equally bloodcurdling one. Soon, the two laughers left the dungeon.

As if on cue, a rooster crowed in the distance, and the castle was bathed in the long-absent rays of sunlight. Qanda got up from his hiding corner and looked at the dungeon floor, afraid of what he might see.

The limbless bodies of jasminech and DiscordantNote lay on the floor. It appeared that they had their limbs cut off and then left there to bleed to death. Grimacing at the brutality of the murderers, Qanda walked over to retrieve their role sheets.

“Jasminech was the divine angel, whose role was revealed a few days ago. DiscordantNote was the night watchman, who could guard one player each night from being killed, wounding the attacker in the process, thus rendering him unable to attack the next night.”

Looking up from the role sheets, Qanda said, “Ouch, that’s two extremely powerful innocents killed tonight. The situation seems hopeless. We must prepare for the worst.”

Day 9 has begun.

o_0 walked away from the group, heading toward the kitchen for a snack. As he walked, everyone hears a loud voice from the sky. It was a man's voice.

He said: you're wrong.

Then o_0 suddenly kneeled in silent prayer. He was motionless. The rest of the living players stared at his unmoving figure, then after a few minutes, returned to their activities.

Suddenly, o_0 rose up, ran to Wind, and burst out in song.

Baddies, you've all been revealed. There's no point in hiding any more. We basically want to use brute force to get a majority and then fight for first and second place

I tried to convert last night. I am not telling you whether or not it was successful, but, hey, I like seeing people sweat. I can tell you that the first person on my list, Wind, wasn't converted

Well, if the innocents were active, we might just manage to get a tie between me and o_0, and then it would be the randomizer... then who knows what happens during the night? It would be interesting to find out that.

EDIT: deadies, what about lynching someone? Like the_dog_god, for example.

o_0 suddenly walks up to Wind, and bursts out in song.

Then, all players but Wind, along with Qanda, start singing in response to o_0.

o_0 replies.

"Well, these things are sent to try us!"

The remaining players, excepting Wind, sing back.

"Poor o_0, forced to reside
With someone so disgusticified
We all just want to tell you:
We're all on your side!
We share your..."

Everyone now sings, dancing around Wind.

"Loathing

o_0 then sings a solo.

"There's a strange exhilaration

o_0 finishes up the song.
