Oooh! I can answer that one!

1. Make a border around the picture.
2. Make a new layer.
3. Choose a lighter color and make a second border in the first border.
4. Go to layer properties, and then transparency, then set it to 50 or 33 or something.

Syrill, I like all three sets. The one of angelic layer is my favourite because I'm reading it right now. And nope, I can't think of a subtext, the heat is boiling me at the moment
