Of course, if you're eating at a 7/11, these rules don't exactly come into play.

Very true- some British people say the meal after breakfast is lunch, some say it's dinner. I say dinner, but I'm common ;)
Lunch ios traditionally the 'posher' one to use.

I call the meal some people call tea as dinner to avoid confusement with the tea us English drink. Lunch to me is lunch.

I got the China one right. Before I did the question, I went to China and was treated to some big feast. We eat until we cannot move and they keep serving us. We thought that that was their culture but we kept thinking that they are wasting food.

The same China clients came to Singapore after that. We bring them out for lunch and our restaurant will serve only what is enough. Those china guys eat a tiny teeny bit and refuse to eat anymore while we clean our plates. At that time, we think that they are wasting food again.

Now I understand why they do that. :P

Push on your screen hard enough and you get a quarter coming out of your keyboard. Or you could always just pull your ear...

I've actually done this many times before (not recently though) so I've memorized the answers. xP
