You, most likely, wouldn't be allowed to- stickied topics are usually ones that are significant, or that tend to show up all the time if there isn't a stickied one. For example, the Homework thread in Misc. Disc., or the Unreleased topic in General Chat.

I want to be a mod period. Well Neopets General Chat, erm...this board, and of course Roleplaying because then I could be up with the big league, as an RP Mod. Anubis- I love RP too!
